تعذّرت عملية الدفع
لم تكتمل عملية الدفع، ولم تُخصم قيمة الطلب. وإن ظهر لدى بنكك حجز مؤقّت بالمبلغ فسيزول من تلقاء نفسه خلال أيام دون أن تفعل شيئاً.
سلّتك محفوظة كما تركتها، ويمكنك المحاولة مرّة أخرى الآن.
أسباب شائعة
- رفض من البنك المُصدِر للبطاقة.
- انتهاء مهلة التحقّق (3-D Secure) قبل إدخال رمز التأكيد.
- إغلاق صفحة الدفع أو الرجوع منها قبل إتمامها.
- عدم كفاية الرصيد، أو تجاوز حدّ الشراء الإلكتروني المسموح على البطاقة.

Payment could not be completed
Your payment did not go through, and you have not been charged. If your bank shows a temporary hold for the amount, it clears on its own within a few days — you do not need to do anything.
Your cart is exactly as you left it, so you can try again now.
Common causes: the issuing bank declined the card; the 3-D Secure check timed out before the code was entered; the payment page was closed early; or the card had insufficient funds or was over its online-purchase limit.
